Clock Watching
You can practice Mindfulness with something as simple as a clock.
Just find a clock with a second hand on it. If you don’t have any available in your location, there are some live ones online with second hands that you can Google. These work just as well.
For this activity, simply focus on the second hand of the clock as it ticks each second, one-by-one, for one or two rotations around the clock face. If you catch your mind wandering, simply notice that it has wandered, allow that thought to flow out of your head and then return your focus to the ticking of the second hand.
