Weekly Brain Training
The Weekly Brain Training program provides graduates of our youth and teen courses the consistency they need to continue to build on their skills and make these practices life-long habits.
The goals of this program are three-fold:
Reinforce the concepts learned in class
Help participants stay consistent with their practice
Introduce new cutting-edge strategies and techniques
Sessions are conveniently just 15-minutes long, virtual and held weekly (typically Mondays at 7:30pm central). A summary of what was covered is sent out after each session, so participants who are unable to make a particular week will not miss out on any of the valuable information.
This program is restricted to graduates of our youth and teen programs only.
