Mountain Pose

Here is another “Power Pose” to help you feel more powerful and confident. Those of you who practice yoga have probably done this one often.

  • Stand tall with feet hip width apart, shoulders back, and chest lifted

  • Arms actively engaged at your side with palms facing outward

  • Slightly tilt the chin to the sky

  • Focus on your breath or the intention you want to focus on for that day
